The Network Theory for and Linguistic Processing (Digital Linguistics No.6b) -- The Mechanism of Meaning of Grammars and Higher Order Concepts --
Kimiaki Tokumaru (Natural Philosopher) IA2014-83
Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) Grammatical processing inside brain is implemented with individual concept + grammar complexes. Mother tongue hearing is monaural, and the opposite-side input is attenuated. Sound source localization function of binaural hearing is converted to onomatopoetic logical vector processing of grammars. The obtained logics are sent to cilia of CSF (Cerebrospinal Fluid) Contacting Neurons at Brainstem Reticular Formation to activate B-cell antibodies inside CSF.[1] In this article, the author investigated to which extent such grammatical modulation mechanisms are precise, and realized that logical complexity of most of our daily expressions are as simple as two-word / three-word sentences. We should be careful because grammatical expressions decay logics. As grammatical processing is rather simple vector processing, it is plausible that it should be within the functionality of monaural hearing and cilia movement of CSF Contacting Neurons. On the other hand, high order concepts (logical concepts or complex concepts) are more sophisticated and elaborated than grammars. The meanings of high order concepts are maintained in network memories of immune cells which “learn from experience and build up a memory that is sustained by reinforcement and that is deposited in persistent network modifications, which cannot be transmitted to our offspring.”[2] This article uses deductive approach featuring logical process of linguistic information.
