We have fabricated short-channel, top-gate carbon nanotube thin-film transistors (CNT TFTs) with flexographic printing technique, a type of high-speed printing technique with a flexible polymer plate. The resolution of the flexographic printing process was improved by fabricating micro-flexo plates with micro process. The channel length of fabricated devices was 6.2 μm, resulting in a high ON-current. The hysteresis was suppressed by introducing the top-gate structure. |
