| 抄録 | （和） | 利用者のプライバシー情報を活用したオンラインサービスが広まっており，更なる発展が期待されていることから一般の人のオンラインサービスを利用する機会が増えていくことが予想できる．日本人にはインターネットや情報化へのネガティブな概念があるとされており，情報システムを利用したくない人が一定数いることも予想できる．そのような利用意図の低い人に情報システム・サービスを利用してもらうには，利用意図の低くない人とは別の施策を講じる必要があると考えられる．そこで本研究では調査対象者を利用意図の高い群と低い群に分け，それぞれの情報システム・サービスの利用者の安心感・納得感・利用意図の関係を分析した．我々はすでに安心感と納得感が利用意図に関係することを示唆する結果を得ており，本稿ではそれに利用意図を加えた3者の関係を分析した結果を述べる． |
| （英） | The online service that utilized the privacy information of user spreads out, and the further development is expected. From this, opportunities using the on-line service of the general person will increase. Some Japanese have a negative outlook of internet or increased use of information technology. It is expected that they contains people of low intention. One another policy different from the one for the other people should be necessary for that people of low intention. In this research, we divided the person under examination into high intention group and low intention group and we analyzed the relationship between sense of security, consent and use intention. We have shown that sense of security and consent would have relation to use intention. This paper shows the result of the relation of sense of security, consent and use intention. | |
