(in English) Personal care robots which assist human in a living environment, and the industrial robots operated with human in a common space attract attention currently. For these robots, because the direct contact with human is intended in a normal operation, failure of controlling robots may bring about sever accidents.
This paper describes the relationships between the safety requirements of international standards for personal-care and industrial robots involving protective measures and the three principles for safety.
