(in English) In this research, we consider to design a new system by using customer experience descriptions in a customer journey map that is developed through a discussion between stakeholders. Recently there are many advanced
analytics technologies available on the cloud environment. However, there are some cases where we cannot design a system effectively from the catalog descriptions. In this research, we consider a method on how to design
a system using advanced technologies by analyzing the function systematically.
