Synthesis and Evaluation of Bi-layers Graphene by accumulating the Single-layered Graphene by the Chemical Vapor Deposition method

(in English) Bilayer graphene was fabricated by stacking two single-layered graphene sheets. The single layered graphene was prepared by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method on Cu foil and transferred on SiO2/Si substrate. For the transport, poly methyl methacrylate (PMMA) was used as a tentative protection film. Cu foil and PMMA film were removed after the transport by soaking in Fe(NO)3 aqueous solution and CH3COOH. The sheet resistance was 1300Ω/sq at 290K. The metallic conductivity was observed above 40K while semiconductive property was observed below 40K.
