This paper reports a pH measuring system that uses a sensor device that can measure only the electrolyte potential, as an alternative of a reference electrode for to fix the electrolyte potential. The device has a structure with a PMMA concentrated polymer brushes layer that has about 50nm thickness over the pH sensor. As a result of measuring of the device's characteristic, pH sensitivity is not exceeding ±1 mV/pH, and the electrolyte potential sensitivity is about 1.3 times. Therefore, the device can be confirmed to be possible using at smaller pH measuring system. |
