The neuron network has the ability to reconstructed by stimulation for learning.The dendritic spines is related to learning and memory.Thus, morphological structure of the dendritic spines studied and developed actively.However, current methods of spine analysis has arbitrariness and require labor-intensive manual spine identification in large image data sets.
Therefore, the algorithm that be not necessary to input the parameters is demanded.Here, we describe a new method for the automated detection and counting of spines.Our method is a realistic implementation and not need inputing parameters by the operator. |
