This paper describes a feature transformation processing in our eCAD system for colorectal endoscopic Full HD images with Narrow Band Imaging (NBI) magnification. It transforms the extracted D-SIFT features from colorectal endoscopic images to Visual Word (VW) histogram. In order to clearly show an identified result of Full HD to doctors, it is necessary to develop a computation method which hierarchical combination of multi Scan Window (SW) sizes. Implementation of a real-time Computer-Aided Diagnosis (CAD) system is difficult if the conventional feature transformation method, which separately computes each SW sizes is used. We propose a high speed and robust VW histogram transformation method by combination of Unit Window (UW). |
