Issue Tracking System Using Data Jacket in the Same Business

(in English) An issue tracking system is a computer software system that manages and maintains lists of issues. Some issues are common in the same business, so sharing and considering past issues and solutions among the same business will bring quick solutions to the issues that each company has. However, to manage the solutions to improve reusability, similarity of causation between issues and solutions should be considered in the issue tracking system. Also, to use the data, which is not open in public, a Data Jacket could be useful. By analyzing the data of Data Jacket Store, which is a search engine of issues, solutions and Data Jacket, Data Jackets, which provide solutions to solve several issues, tend to provide other solutions. Furthermore, issues that could be solved by the same solutions include common problems.
