We examine diaphragm oscillator using PZT. To achieve the desired frequency, firstly, we set the size of the diaphragm and optimize the thickness of the PZT and Si layers. Changing the thickness of both layers, we analyze transmission efficiency (vibration width), the reception sensitivity (piezoelectric voltage / charge) and frequency band using the finite element method simulator. In addition, we make a comparison with the case of using the thickness vibration and confirm the diaphragm type of superiority and future tasks. |
