| (in English) | New threats or hazards such as cyberattacks can be created by linking a system with another system. In order to identify such new hazards this paper categorizes hazards into the primary and concomitant hazards at first, and subdivides the concomitant hazard into the cognate, secondary and plane concomitant hazards. Based on this categorization hazards created in a system of systems are systematized, and a systemic procedure to identify those hazards is proposed. In addition it is shown that the primary and secondary hazards become mutually reciprocal hazards. Then identification of typical hazards in railroad systems is demonstrated by use of A-C models based on the proposed systemic hazard identification procedure. | |
