(in English) the universal of the learner, a variety of learners, take a class situation in the same classroom has increased. Can not resolve the problem in the learner, but not keep up with the class, can not even question received a lesson in. this study to continue learners are, from the commitment to teaching, to identify the main support learners, teaching staff are working on " Behavioral Approach" to perform respond positively. In this paper, we report on the result of the trial in the class.
