Crystal structure analysis and magnetic/ electric properties of BiFeO3 and BiFe1-xMnxO3 thin film deposited on SrTiO3(110)

(in English) We prepared Bi1.2FeOx target by Pechini method. The target density was 85.1%. We investigate crystal structure and magnetic property of BiFeO3 thin film deposited on Nb-doped SrTiO3. BFO film was composed twin grains. The magnetic moments were 0.060μB and 0.036μB at 10K and 300K, respectively per one iron ion.
