Field validation of Web quality degradation section determination method

(in English) When quality degradation occurs in the web service, identifying the suspected section is required for network operators. There are many possible degradation sections such as user equipment, wireless network and web servers. Since network operators administrate only "network", it is difficult for them to identify the degradation section. We proposed a method of determining possible degradation section by using the Navigation Timing API logs for getting web browsing performance data, and verified it in validation environment. In this paper, availability of proposed method is verified by using field data.
