| 抄録 | （和） | 昨今，情報化社会の進展によりスマートフォンやタブレット端末といった携帯形端末から手軽に映像を視聴することができるようになった．近年では，映像配信サービスに対する評価として，ユーザが主観的に評価する品質指標であるユーザ体感品質（QoE: Quality of Experience）を用いる事が注目されている．通常，QoEは主観評価実験を用いて測定されるが，本研究ではQoEを主観的な評価以外から推定する手法の検討を行う．従来は，解像度やフレームレートといった通信サービスのサービス品質（QoS: Quality of Service）を用いたQoEの推定が行われていたが，既存手法ではユーザの心理的状況に影響されるQoEを正確に推定することは困難である．そこで，心理的状況を考慮するために，客観的評価手法を用いたQoE推定手法を提案する．映像ストリーミングサービスでは，しばしば再生停止や解像度の低下が引き起こされ，ユーザがストレスを感じQoEが低下すると推測される．本研究では，ストレスという心理的状況を客観的に評価するために生体情報に着目した．生体情報と映像評価値の関係性を分析するための主観評価実験として，映像鑑賞時の生体情報の値と映像評価値を測定する実験を行った．実験結果より，生体情報という客観的評価値を用いることで，QoE推定の可能性を示した． |
| （英） | Nowadays, with the progress of the information society, it has become possible to easily watch videos from portable terminals such as smart phones and tablet terminals. In recent years, Quality of Experience (QoE), that is subjectively evaluated by the users, is attracting considerable attention as a quality evaluation indicator for the video distribution services. Generally, QoE is measured using subjective evaluation experiments, but in this research we will examine a method to estimate QoE without using subjective evaluation. Conventionally, a method for estimating QoE has been proposed, that using quality of service of communication services such as resolution and frame rate. However, it is difficult to accurately estimate the QoE affected by the psychological state of the user with the existing method. Therefore, in order to consider the user's psychological state, we propose QoE estimation method using objective evaluation method. In the video streaming service, playback stoppage and resolution reduction are often caused, and it is estimated that the user feels stress and QoE decreases. In this study, we focused on biological information to objectively evaluate stress as a psychological state. As a subjective evaluation experiment for analyzing the relationship between the biological information and the video evaluation value, experiments were conducted to measure the value of the biological information at the time of video viewing and the video evaluation value. From the experimental results, we showed the possibility to estimate the subjective quality of QoE by using the objective evaluation value of biological information. | |
