Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) In order to foster a qualitative improvement in special support education, it is necessary both for educators and IT engineers to collaborate closely in a sustainable manner. However, because of the asymmetry of knowledge and the implicit nature of practical knowledge in special support education, it is difficult to achieve collaboration between educators and IT engineers. In this paper, we propose a collaborative work model aiming to overcome such difficulty. In addition, as an example of collaborative work, we expose some tacit knowledge about the development of information systems based on the proposed model and attempt a generalization of know-how about system development in special support education.
