(in English) The purpose of this research was to explore physical and psychological factors that promote teachers’ practical uses of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as teaching materials and tools for reasonable accomodations for children with disabilities in special schools. The authors hypothesized that these promotional factors were individual factors of teachers (e.g.: intentions of own actions, attitudes, subjective norms, and controllable feelings about ICT) and environmental factors (e.g.: physical environments, organizational environments, human environments) and analyzed correlations and causal associations among these factors. The authors sent letters of request to every special schools in “A” prefecture and conducted a survey using a Web questionnaire.
