(in English) The 4K/8K video broadcasting and distribution services have spread rapidly in recent years, and the high dynamic range (HDR) will open the door to more realistic video quality. This paper described a 4K/60p HEVC real-time encoder with HDR video quality, and we proposed coding algorithm to control visual degradation.
