Constructing Corpus of Emotional Responses for Tendency Analysis of Words

(in English) This paper reports a corpus containing sentence expressions of emotional responses and results of the analysis of words appearing in the expressions. The problem of constructing the corpus lies in the fact that identifying emotional responses from text is depended on analysts. To solve it, in our corpus construction method, the analyst first collects such sentences containing expressions of emotion states, and then identifies emotional responses from them. As the results of the evaluation, the agreement was evaluated as kappa = 0.777. As the second task, we investigate the tendency of emotional response words. Semantic orientation enabled discrimination of emotion-specific words from the corpus. Thus, we constructed the emotional response corpus successfully.
