The nanoparticles have a very bigger ratio of surface area for the volume than isovolumic bulk, and it is expected that I improve the performance by manufacturing a device with nanoparticles. In this study, we used electrostatic spray deposition to be thin and high density as possible, and to aligne fine particles for substrate in low damage. We formed fine particles film and aimed at the manufacture of a high sensitive optical sensor.The electrical characteristic result of the optical sensor which
we produced experimentally significantly showed photoconductive effect for light with the optical sensor using the fine particles film. Because we found the possibility of the application as the optical sensor of the fine particles film, we report it. |
