Microwave-DC Interconversion with a Parallel Feedback Oscillator Using a Bipolar Transistor Minoru Sanagi, Yuya Yoshimori (Okayama Univ.) MW2017-19 |

Experiments converting the microwave power to the DC power were carried out using a parallel feedback oscillator with a bipolar transistor. The oscillator with the oscillation frequency of 2.45GHz was designed. The maximum collector efficiency of 39% was obtained with experiments of the prototyped oscillator. The microwave power at a frequency of 2.45GHz equal to the oscillation frequency was converted to the DC power at the maximum conversion efficiency of 48%. |
