An optimization method for flooding in wireless networks

(in English) In Wireless Sensor Networks, flooding is used in diffusing advertising messages, control messages, and so on.
If flooding nodes are properly selected from all the nodes,
the messages can be efficiently diffused.
This article introduces a method using chaotic neural networks for solving this problem.
If transmission output of each node is properly adjusted, the loads of each node can be reduced.
This article also introduces a method using evolutionary computation algorithms for solving this problem.
In addition, this article shows a method applying each solving method as each stage.
Through numerical simulations, we discuss the effectiveness of each method.
