In large-scale disasters such as the Great East Japan Earthquake in Japan, the outdoor loudspeaker system made an important contribution to evacuation guidance of residents.
According to a survey by the Cabinet Office after the earthquake, it was reported that this system was hard to hear, and technical standards for improvement were enacted at the Acoustical Society of Japan.
In this technical standard, subjective evaluation of speech listening quality test is required.
Feedback of outdoor environmental information such as noise, and reverberation are necessary to improve the sound quality of the outdoor loudspeaker system to be developed.
In this paper, we have developed a measurement system necessary for evaluation from multiple points and evaluation from a place far away from the sound source.
The proposed system is a server, and client type networks and classifies environmental sound input from microphones into noise clusters learned beforehand by k-means.
In the simulation, it could be classified into 8 clusters, but it was not necessarily 8 clusters in listening experiment and real environment operation. |
