(in English) Whether or not there has been negligence on the part of the food-related business operator can be a major issue in food accident lawsuits. Organizing "negligence" from the perspective of food safety science and discovering the safety measures necessary for food-related business operator is imperative for the prevention of food accidents. In this study, we attempted to verify whether HACCP measures could be extracted from the specific facts that form the basis of certified negligence.
