| 抄録 | （和） | 多くの食品加工機械において、機械を停止させずに原料を投入させる等の作業が必須の顧客要求となる。このような要求を満たすため、特に職人専用の機械ではハザードを隔離するガードに手を差し込むことが可能な開口部が設けられる。この開口部には、“付加保護方策”だけでなく、リスクに応じた指示・警告をするための“警告ラベル”が併用される。しかし警告ラベルの規格に従ってラベルを製作すると、残留リスクレベルを適切に表すことができない。そのため、リスクアセスメントによる評価と整合しない警告ラベルが食品機械産業だけでなく、多くの産業界で使われている。 本論文は規格要求事項の問題点を明らかにすると共に、改善例を提案する。 |
| （英） | The place which supplies materials is as a hazard area mostly. However much food processing machinery users require to manufacturers to be a structure that allows put raw materials in the machine without stopping. Therefore, in order to satisfy that user requirement, the manufacturer designs a special specification in which an opening that allows a user to get own hand into the hazard area is provided to the guard. For this opening, not only a complementary protective measures but also manufacturers use a product safety label for inform and warn the residual risk to the user. But, a product safety label used at this time cannot appropriately represent the residual risk level when manufactured according to the standard. As a result, a product safety label where the level of residual risk is not consistent with the evaluation of risk assessment is used not only in food machinery but also in many machines. This paper suggests the example of an improvement with clarifying the issue of the standard requirements for a product safety label. | |
