We present a reachability analysis by the zone-based symbolic discretization
for dense-timed pushdown automata with freezing clocks, DTPDA-F for short.
We show the discretization is sound and complete in that the corresponding
pushdown automata, called 'Zone automata', behaves sound and complete for the
DTPDA-F for the reachability property. DTPDA-F models the behavior of
multi-level interrupts in real-time systems. Zone-based reachability
is expected to be more efficient than the region-based analysis since the
number of discretized states is usually smaller for practical purposes. |
