| (in English) | In the existing study, for the k-out-of-n system, two maintenance models were proposed and the expected cost rate under the two models were obtained. Using the result, the optimal policies were derived analytically. This paper considers optimal problems in consecutive-2-out-of-n:G system (Con/2/n:G system) and try to obtain the optimal policies under the existing maintenance models. We first give the mean time to failure (MTTF) and the expected cost rate according to the two models. Then we discuss the optimal number of components and replacement time for the system which minimize the expected cost rate, analytically. Further, when N is a random variable, two maintenance policies are also considered. We conduct numerical experiments and compare the optimal results of the proposed models. | |
