Development of Thinking Support Tools for Remote Joint Lesson

(in English) Over the past three years, we have designed and developed tools to support remote joint classes for (extremely) small-scale schools with ICT. Through practice using collaborative learning support tools, creation of opportunities for children to come up with diverse opinions and ideas was achieved. However, since we have not reached the stage of deepening thinking, we think that it is necessary to support acquisition of thought skills. In this paper, we propose a concept map creation function to support thinking activities on child-centered subjects and a guide function to clarify thought process.
