COPD is a generic name for disease called Chronic bronchitis or Emphysema. Emphysematous lesions of COPD are drawn as low attenuation volume on CT images. Some people increase LAV and others do not increase. We will statistically examine this difference using CT image information and SNP. The method is divided into two groups of persons who develop LAV based on aged increment and who do not. Then analyze genotype of SNP and perform logistic regression analysis with genotype and data of two groups. This method was applied to 50 smokers and 12 SNPs. As a result, it was suggested that SNP is influenced among people who increase LAV and who do not increase. |
