Miniature and highly sensitive biosensors are required. c-Axis tilted ScAlN film resonator is suitable for sensing biomolecules in liquid because they can exite quasi-shear mode. We fabricated the resonator using c-axis tilted ScAlN films. Higher k’152 value of ScAlN films makes it possible to improve signal to noise ratio. In this study, the streptavidin-biotin interactions were monitored by using the c-axis tilted ScAlN film quasi-shear mode resonators. |
