| (in English) | Spectral graph theory gives an algebraical approach to analyze and design weighted networks with the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of the matrix (e.g., normalized Laplacian Matrix) representing its structure. However, it is difficult for large-scale and complex networks to represents its structure as a matrix. If there is a universality for the eigenvalues, we can avoid the difficulty. In this paper, we introduce the Wigner semicircle law for weighted networks as such a universality, and derive the condition that the eigenvalues of the normalized Laplacian matrix for a weighted network can fulfill the Wigner semicircle law. | |
