In this study, glassy carbon and molybdenum disulfide which are two dimensional layered materials were used as conductive channels of FET sensor. It was applied to pH sensing of solution by extended gate field effect transistor (EGFET). A pH sensor sensitivity of 27.9 [mV / pH] for glassy carbon and 34.9 [mV / pH] for molybdenum disulfide was obtained. Compared to conventional sensor materials, the drift was reduced to 1/4 or less and the hysteresis was reduced to 1/5 or less. |
