Since the vibrator portion of a flexible ultrasonic probe capable of performing ultrasonic measurement from a curved surface is deformed, the evaluation of a received waveform is not the same as that of a planar ultrasonic probe. For example, when performing ultrasonic flaw detection from a convex surface, the vibrating surface is close to a focused ultrasonic probe having a concave surface, and a focus is generated. In ultrasonic flaw detection, the position of the flaw is not always at the focal position, and the amplitude and frequency of the received waveform may change. As the first report of the flexible ultrasonic probe measurement, a test specimen with a spherical flaw detection surface and an artificial defect arranged inside was created, and the flaw detection waveform with a highly flexible ultrasonic probe was used as a basic measurement of the received waveform. It was confirmed. In addition, the propagation of ultrasonic waves was confirmed by simulation, and the propagation of ultrasonic waves from a sound source whose vibrating surface was deformed to the defect and the received waveform from the artificial defect were examined. |
