Abstract (in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
(in English) IT operators refer to the handling instruction when the abnormal event occurs and perform the work. Failure events that occur at a specific time period and at a low frequency often do not have a coping instruction. Using the machine learning model, we developed a technology to propose appropriate coping instructions to the IT operator at the time of failure event. Search for past events similar to new events the result of the development and application of event cataloging technology, which resulted in a significant reduction in retrieval time, we made a significant progress in automating abnormal event operation.
