| (in English) | We tried to form pn junction diodes using GaN-based nanopillar crystals using multicrystalline Si, which is widely used in the formation of low-cost solar cells, as a substrate. In addition, we evaluated their doping characteristics, I-V and optical emission properties, and examined the possibility of novel devices. | |
