| (in English) | In recent years, chatbots are frequently introduced to improve work efficiency and reduce labor. In addition, chatbots are used to understand the background of user opinions. At Miyagi University, the class evaluation questionnaire is conducted using a web form, and there are problems such as inappropriate answers by uncooperative students and difficulty in answering the web form. Therefore, in this research, we have created two prototypes of a class evaluation questionnaire system using chatbots to solve the above problems. The UI of the first prototype is web form of Watson Assistant by IBM, which has turned out to be less user-friendly. To solve that problem, the UI of the second prototype has used the LINE platform. When we asked our students to try both prototypes, we found that they could answer more smoothly than the current questionnaire system. On the other hand, there was an opinion that it took longer time to complete the answer. | |
