In this study, we have fabricated inverted perovskite solar cells (IPSCs) consisting of ITO/ultra-thin hole buffer layer/ perovskite layer/ fullerene derivative (PCBM)/ ZnO-based electron buffer layer/ Al structures. We prepared hole buffer layers with self-assembled-monolayer (SAM) of carbazole derivative or ultra-thin graphene oxide (GO) film deposited by layer-by-layer deposition of GO and poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA), and electron buffer layers with ZnO and aluminum doped ZnO nanoparticles. The power conversion efficiencies and fill factors of IPSCs with SAM hole buffer layers markedly improved owing to the efficient hole selectivity and relatively dense perovskite film formation. This feature also contributes to the reduction of leakage current. The fill factor and short circuit current of IPSCs were also improved by changing the dripping condition of chlorobenzene during the spincoating of precursor solution of perovskite layers. |
