In recent years, Digital Transformation (DX) has been promoted socially, and telecommunication carriers have been working on automating failure response operations in preparation for a future personnel reduction. However, failure response work is a complex flow with many conditional branches, requiring human judgment, and has only been partially realized by specializing in systems for each process, such as confirmation of construction work and remote failure response for equipment. Therefore, we clarified the process of collecting evidence and taking actions based on the evidence across the system, and proposed a fully automated failure response system by applying an orchestrator that implements functions equivalent to human judgment. In this paper, we report on an orchestrator that improves the conversion of failure response flow and the handling of alarms, in order to make it suitable for commercial environments. As a result of evaluation, the amount of flow description of fault response was reduced by about 82% compared to the previous implementation. In addition, we confirmed that the system can operate stably even when receiving a large number of alarms in bursts, which is assumed to be a disaster. |
