| (in English) | Research and development of a support system using camera images for people with disabilities who bring their smartphones is underway. This system recognizes tactile walking surface indicators from camera images and determines the current position, short-distance turns and intersections. This type of system can provide more advanced support by using a Webcam together. If a Web camera is used together, it is necessary to make it accessible only to cameras that exist near the user. However, the access control method using the IP address and port number requires changing the configuretions when user moves, so it is difficult to satisfy both operational costs and security. The authors proposed a method of performing access control, which restricts traffic using the information of the virtual network depending on the type of connected device. This method makes it possible to reduce the operating cost of the support system for persons with disabilities using a Web camera and ensure security at the same time. |
