(in English) In observational studies, there are problems such as "the measure can be given only once to the target" and "the characteristics of the target cannot be controlled". In this study, we consider a model in which the target population is divided into several unknown latent clusters, and the probability distributions of the responses to the measures are the same in each latent cluster. Then, we perform Bayesian optimal predictions for the differences in the response variables, and approximate them using Variational Bayes Method.
