Development of Color Differences Spotting Game for Color Blindness Experience

(in English) According to a survey on the actual situation of people with congenital color blindness in 2010 and 2011, the estimated consultation rate of people with congenital color blindness in the third year of high school was only 1.2%, suggesting that most of them are facing higher education and employment without knowing their own color blindness. It is important for everyone to know the situations in which people with color blindness experience difficulties and to present information that does not rely solely on color.
In this study, we are developing a game to search for mistakes in order to experience color blindness in order to improve the perception of how people with color blindness see. We experimentally examine how the experience of seeing colorblindness through the simulator improves the perception of colorblindness and how this affects the clearing time of the game and the total number of clicks. In this paper, we report on the game we developed.
