Imitation Learning: Learning Simple Tasks from a Single Demonstration using Generative Adversarial Network

(in English) Imitation learning has been successfully applied to train autonomous agents in complex tasks (e.g., self-driving, assistive robots, etc). Given expert demonstrations of a task, imitation learning aims to learn policies that can imitate the expert behaviors to accomplish the task. However, the main limitation of traditional imitation learning algorithms is that they require a large number of demonstrations to learn an optimal policy. This drawback has limited the capability of imitation learning when demonstrations are not sufficient. Therefore, to address the problem, we propose a Generative Adversarial Network-based imitation learning model that can be trained using only a single demonstration.
