Acceptability investigation of information systems driven by faculty and staff members working at childcare facility

(in English) In this study, we propose a driving model of information system for faculty and staff members.
The proposed model is based on the assumption that acceptability of information systems is better when he information system improved by the members engaged in work other than the information field, i.e. general business workers. Since 2018, we have been investigating how kindergarten faculty and staff members improve and operate information systems as part of hypothesis testing. It was suggested that childcare work tends to be improved through system operation and system improvement by themselves. We investigated the factors that lead faculty members to accept and continue to use information systems from the perspective of technology acceptance models. As a result, the usefulness and the ease of use may be factors in the use of information systems by teachers and staff at childcare facilities.
