Uveitis Lesion Detection Using Ultra-Wide Field Fluorescein Angiography Imaging Registration

(in English) Uveitis is a group of diseases that cause inflammation of the uvea and may lead to blindness. Fluorescein fundus angiography is used to diagnose uveitis, but the estimation of the area of the lesion is laborious and the burden on the physician is a cause for concern. In this study, we aimed to develop an automatic lesion detection system for ultra-wide field fluorescein angiography images. The lesion area is enhanced by a difference between early and late phases. Both images are registered the blood vessels that are segmented by U-Net. The proposed method can detect the rough lesion area, although the accuracy of some case is low.
