(in English) The number of cases of customer service and advertising by robots in commercial and retail stores is increasing. It has been reported that the presence of robots not only attracts people, but their interactive behavior influences users' purchases also. On the other hand, previous studies have suggested that when a robot explains a product, the user is more interested in the robot than the product, and the user does not remember the explanation. The same phenomenon may occur in the recommendation situation also. In this paper, we focused on sound agents, which have no body and interact only by voice, as a way to present recommendations more reliably. This paper explores the possibility of using sound agents, which are expected not to attract the user's attention more than necessary and allow the user to concentrate more on the product.
