Ray tracing parameters, that affect propagation characteristics, e.g. relative permittivity, electrical conductivity, number of reflections, diffractions, and scattering pattern, etc., are great concern to improve propagation prediction in ray tracing simulation. Previous studies on radio propagation have reported ray tracing channel modeling with parameter tuning. Optimizing the parameters structurally was therefore impacted on ray trace method. In this paper, an optimization system using a genetic algorithm was proposed, and system performance was evaluated by measured data. |
