(in English) In recent years, road traffic signal control systems have been devised in various ways to alleviate traffic congestion. However, the schedule (destination and desired arrival time) and urgency (how urgent is it ?) of each vehicle are different. In this paper, we propose a new road traffic signal control system that considers the schedule and urgency of each vehicle. It was confirmed by simulation that this system allowed more vehicles to reach their destination by the desired arrival time without increasing congestion.
