Extension of Dirac equation by the charge creation-annihilation field and simulation for formation process of atomic orbitals by FDTD method

(in English) We have reported that Maxwell's equations should be extended by using the charge creation-annihilation field to treat the charge generation-recombination in semiconductors and Dirac equation should be also extended to be written as same as Maxwell's equations and shown that Dirac field propagation can be stably simulated by FDTD method with extending Dirac equation from 4-elements to 8-elements. In this paper, we report that we succeeded to simulate the formation process of atomic orbitals based on the extended Dirac equation by FDTD method without any physical approximation for the first time in the world. A small unstable orbital appears at first and rapidly grows and finally becomes to a large stable orbital with the same radius as Bohr radius divided by the atomic number given by Schrödinger equation. The result could be regarded as a proof of correctness of the charge creation-annihilation field model.
