In recent years, attention has been focused on the construction of evaluation indices and estimation models that express the degree of human happiness and satisfaction, as typified by well-being. In addition, the accurate estimation of the amount of exercise, stress, activity, and fatigue from biometric information and acceleration information caused by body movements is expected to lead to the verification of health promotion effects. Therefore, focusing on the fact that wearable devices have become smaller and lighter, reducing the burden and discomfort of users when wearing them, this study constructs an estimation model of subjective fatigue using heart rate variability and physical acceleration during walking using a wearable device by means of regression analysis. In addition, the tendency of subjective fatigue level of each subject is clustered by Ward's method, a regression model is constructed for the entire subject and each cluster, and features that are considered significant for estimating the subjective fatigue level are investigated. |
